Deep Cleaning: Spring-cleaning – Inter-tenancy cleaning – Post-building cleaning

Every day we provide our deep cleaning service to private clients, property managers and letting agents. Some clients require a spring clean, others a thorough clean following building or decorating work. The majority of our deep cleaning work is for letting agents, tenants and landlords who require an inter-tenancy clean. Our clients include Foxtons, Marsh & Parsons, KFH and Carter Jonas. What ever the reason for the clean, we always provide a thorough and professional service tailored to meet the needs of the client.

Service Description

Our teams work to detailed ‘check sheets’ to ensure that we remember every detail. We are happy to carry out full or part-cleaning according to your requirements. A full clean should make the property as clean and fresh as it can be. We provide carpet, upholstery and window cleaning as part of this service.

Below is a list of tasks that we would typically carry out as part of deep clean:

Kitchen

• De-scale taps and sink

• Clean microwave, extractor hood, oven, fridge/freezer and other appliances

• Clean all cupboards, wall units and drawers inside, outside and on top [remove all grease]

Bathroom

• Deep clean, de-scale and polish suite and W.C.

• Wash all pipe work

• Polish all mirrors, chrome and glass

• Clean tooth brush mug and soap dish

• Clean and polish tiles

Reception Areas and Bedrooms

• Move and clean furniture and ornaments

• Tidy and vacuum sofas

All Rooms

• Remove cobwebs

• Clean from top to bottom and clockwise around each room, so that areas are not missed

• Wipe down paintwork [skirting boards, door frames, doors, windows sills, window frames]

• Clean blinds and vacuum curtains

• Clean light fittings, light switches and sockets

• Spot clean walls

• Hot-water-extraction clean carpets

• Vacuum and mop hard floors, spot cleaning where necessary

• Shampoo upholstery if requested

• [At end of visit] Double lock doors and activate alarm
