We look after over 100 serviced apartments accross London, in areas including Victoria, Marylebone, The City of London, Richmond and Vauxhall. We ensure that the apartments are beautifully presented prior to the arival of new guests and during their stay. Our clients require us to maintain their properties to ‘hotel’ standards and our specialist teams work to detailed job specifications to achieve this.

We provide services including:

- Pre-occupancy (deep) cleaning

- Carpet cleaning

- Regular cleaning (weekly, daily, etc.)

- Laundry services (provision of fresh bedding and towelling)

- Provision of ’supplies’ (toiletries, tea/coffee, other consumables)

- Inventory checks (is everything present prior to the arrival of guests?)

- Handyman services (painting, fixing, assembling, etc.)

- Gardening services

Our cleaners, handymen and gardeners are smartly uniformed and fully insured. We have properly formed health and safety processes and account facilities are available. Our Customer Service team will take and manage your bookings in a freindly and professional manner. Every detail will be recorded on our specially designed job management software, helping us to track each piece of work from the enquiry to invoicing stages.
